ABA Provider for Spotlight Lynn School Groups (Tuesday/Thursday) Looking for a fun and rewarding position? Interested in learning more (or continuing your path) in ABA/Group Setting? Opportunities for both entry level and experienced staff Opportunity to build engaging and rewarding relationships Professional development and growth Flexibility Paid trainings, and option for RBT certification About Spotlight: The Spotlight program provides ABA services for children with ASD and other related diagnoses. The program facilitates peer-to-peer interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalizes on organic opportunities for peer connection using an evidence-based ABA social skills curriculum. Children will not only be taught skills but also will have to demonstrate those skills within the group via role play. Groups are formed based on the basis of age, developmental needs, interests, and social/language competency. Spotlight also offers insurance (ASD diagnosis required) and private-pay options; behavioral assessments; school consultations; drop-in groups; and a summer program. Seeking staff for the following: Tuesdays 12:15-1:15PM Thursdays 12-2PM This is a weekday program through the Lynn Public Schools. Groups are held at two different Lynn High Schools Program runs from September 10th- June 18 th About the Northeast Arc: The Northeast Arc is a leading organization north of Boston that has been dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities since 1954. Among the many services the Arc delivers, Applied Behavior Analysis is offered within 4 different program modalities: Home and community services, social skills groups, EI services and Center-Based early learning/ preschool services. Our ABA programs at the Northeast Arc, provide a continuum of consistent evidence-based services for children, teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related neurological or developmental disabilities. Our services focus on client-centered treatment models developed by Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA), which are based on a thorough assessment process and ongoing in-person and remote consultation (as needed/requested) to meet the needs of our clients. Our senior clinical staff (BCBAs/LABAs) have extensive experience working with a range of ages and behavioral needs, in a variety of settings. Our number one goal as an agency is provide the individuals, we serve with the ability to access their home, community and social settings to their fullest potential possible. Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
Valid Drivers license and vehicle

Responsibilities

Teach specific skills and behaviors, in accordance with the goals, objectives and strategies identified by Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
Implement behavioral strategies as prescribed by the BCBA (clinical supervisor).
Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions.
Complete required clinical and non-clinical paperwork
Insure the health, safety, and well-being of clients.
Co-lead groups throughout the week utilizing the curriculum.
Groups currently include high school life skills classes, high school special education and IEP student groups, and post-high school transition education groups. Ages are 14-22 y/o. Students diagnoses vary.
Communicate and coordinate with teachers, faculty, and other school faculty and department heads.
