You'll coach ECIs in the field, collaborate with families, track progress, write treatment plans, and help young learners build real-world skills. Youll manage your own caseload while staying connected to an amazing regional team thats ready to support you. Programs typically run Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We offer flexibility and trust you to build a schedule that works.

Requirements

  • You have completed a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or a related field
  • Youre trained in ABA and have at least one year of hands-on behavior therapy experience
  • You have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits
  • Must submit a transcript showing a completed Masters degree
  • DOJ/FBI background clearance required (well help you through it)
  • TB clearance and BLS certification
  • Must be familiar with HIPAA and follow all safety, hiring, and non-discrimination regulations

Nice To Haves

  • You have at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Youre organized, positive, and skilled at coaching others
