About The Position

The ABA Manager is responsible for supervising ABA staff, ensuring compliance with best practices, and providing therapy and evaluation services. This role involves coordinating schedules, mentoring staff, and overseeing the development and implementation of behavioral plans. The manager will work closely with the Director to monitor service delivery and support professional development for BCBAs and RBTs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA and certified as a BCBA.
• Experience working with individuals with pervasive developmental disorders.
• Experience in special education is preferred but not required.
• Employee supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA staff and manage scheduling and client coverage.
• Coordinate with the Director to monitor service delivery compliance and best practices.
• Implement training and professional development plans for BCBAs.
• Observe therapy sessions to provide training and mentoring for BCBAs.
• Assist in onboarding new BCBAs and RBTs, including EHR platform access.
• Manage data collection processes related to utilization and key metrics.
• Support collaboration between education and therapy disciplines.
• Review evaluation reports and treatment notes for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor caseloads and assist with scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Assist staff in writing and implementing behavior management plans.
• Serve as a resource for problem-solving and troubleshooting within the ABA team.
• Oversee the development and implementation of behavioral plans in collaboration with the ABA Program Director.
• Provide model teaching and direct instructional support to ABA staff.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to educators and therapists.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders and keep current with ABA literature.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
