About The Position

A Case Supervisor in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the delivery of therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Case Supervisors conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data, monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director for supervision and provides case clinical supervision to all levels of behavioral therapists.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in ABA or a related field.
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!
  • Enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA (Preferred).
  • A thorough understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
  • Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during onboarding.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
  • Maintain active participation for the length of the entire session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and training to ABA staff.
  • Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor the quality of service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate data collection during sessions on client progress and behavior changes.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Maintain regular communication with families to discuss progress, challenges, and program updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all services provided, including session notes, data sheets, and progress reports.
  • Manage any crisis situations involving clients (e.g., aggressive behaviors) and ensure proper intervention.
  • Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.
