About The Position

The ABA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality behavioral services for clients. This role involves program development, staff training, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Qualified Supervising Professional status

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee implementation of ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Train and evaluate staff performance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Conduct regular supervision meetings with direct staff
