About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. This is a long-term role, requiring a minimum 6-8 month commitment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Interest in ongoing development.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
