About The Position

We are Silicon Valley ABA (SVABA), a mission-driven nonpublic agency providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism. Our team works directly in clients’ homes and in the community, partnering with families to build meaningful skills and promote independence. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Case Supervisor to help guide our behavior technicians and support the success of each client’s program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in ABA
  • At least some experience supervising or supporting ABA programs (e.g., training staff, leading sessions, assisting with program development)
  • Strong communication, leadership, writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Applicants must be actively working towards a career in the field of ABA, at least beginning the process of applying for coursework for the BCBA or BCABA®.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes
  • Must pass background check
  • Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting in order to observe, assess, and interact with infants/toddlers
  • Frequent speaking and listening to clients, staff, and other professionals in meetings and on the phone
  • Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting, and using upper and lower limbs to drive car to and from home visits and meetings
  • Occasional sitting and maintaining close visual attention to write reports and work at the computer
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading toys and materials used in home visits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of ABA treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to behavior technicians
  • Conduct in-home observations and model effective intervention strategies
  • Develop and update behavior intervention plans
  • Review data, monitor progress, and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with the clinical team
  • Conduct caregiver trainings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold agency standards
