The ABA Case Manager plays a crucial role in implementing ABA therapy programs across various settings, including homes, clinics, and community environments. This position involves supervising Behavior Technicians, providing training to parents and caregivers, and ensuring the effective delivery of therapy. The Case Manager is responsible for managing a caseload, updating treatment plans, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures while reporting to a Clinical Supervisor and Director.

  • Work with Behavior Technicians (BT's) and clients in their homes, clinic-based sessions, and/or community settings.
  • Manage a minimum caseload of 15 cases.
  • Ensure programs are being implemented correctly and consistently.
  • Monitor progress across programs and ensure family satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with families and staff to manage scheduling for training and support.
  • Meet with Clinical Supervisor to update treatment plans/goals in Catalyst software.
  • Create individual employee goals to enhance clinical skill sets.
  • Access ongoing clinical hours (indirect/direct) and remain proficient with policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions.
  • Complete mandatory clinical session notes on time.
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Attend monthly management meetings to stay updated on industry trends and training.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or a related field OR valid certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Current CPR and BLS certification (or obtain upon hire).
  • 2 years of working experience with children with Autism and/or related disorders.
  • 2 years of management/supervisor experience leading team members.
  • Valid California driver's license and personal, reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with technology, including Microsoft and electronic data collection systems.
  • Ability to pass TB test and background check/Live Scan fingerprinting.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
