Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with children.
  • Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
  • Experience: Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician required.
  • Continuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
