About The Position

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the X area. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (preferred but not required — we can help you get there!)
• Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods
• Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
• Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings
• Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
