About The Position

Serving Trenton, Hamilton Township, Lawrence Township, Lawrenceville & Princeton Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians in Mercer County to support children through high-quality, in-home ABA therapy. We're looking for candidates who bring related experience and a desire to grow in the ABA field - training and support provided.

Requirements

• Have ABA or related experience (education, childcare, psychology, special education)
• Reliable transportation within Mercer County
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
• Support skill development in communication and behavior
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Partner closely with families
