Core Values: TRACK Teamwork Relationship Building & Communication Accountability Customer/Client Focus Know Yourself SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Behavior Technician is primarily responsible for working one-on-one with a child with autism, or similar disabilities, inside the child’s home or clinic. The ability to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. During the first 4 weeks, staff are expected to complete all trainings, complete the competency assessment, and take the RBT exam. Following the training period, staff will be expected to bill 28 hours within a 40-hour work week. This may be a combination of clinic and in home sessions. Staff will also be expected to complete other indirect work such as entering data, updating paperwork, cleaning/organizing, and attending supervisions and trainings. #hotjob
