About the position
The Behavior Technician position at United Therapy Center involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working closely with a team to support children and teens in developing new skills and changing behaviors. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as directed by Case Supervisors.
- Collect data and write session notes for each session.
Requirements
- Must have a negative TB test and clear criminal background.
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Available Monday - Friday with weekend availability.
- 6 months of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smartphone, tablet).

- Bilingual skills are a plus.
