About The Position

Join Behavioral Innovations as an ABA Apprentice and gain the hands-on experience, supervision, and professional support you need to succeed! Requirements

• Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation).
• Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 75% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
• Completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour in Texas & Oklahoma; $28.50 per hour in Maryland, Colorado, Virginia, based on experience.
