About The Position
The AASHTOWare Project Technical Specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AASHTOWare Project software, focusing on the Preconstruction, Civil Rights and Labor, and Data Analytics modules. This role involves analyzing data, creating User Stories, and engineering current and future processes. The specialist will work within a SCRUM team to deliver software enhancements and ensure quality outputs while reducing technical debt through adherence to best practices.
