The position involves monitoring the performance of the freight service function as provided by Aloha Air Cargo employees. This includes supervision of flight handling, accurate documentation, knowledge of governmental agency regulatory requirements, and coordination with other Aloha Air Cargo stations and departments on all cargo matters. The role also requires facilitating daily activities by identifying problems and recommending solutions to maintain compliance with company standards and goals. Additionally, the candidate will attend job-specific training, conduct and monitor on-the-job training and development, and perform other administrative tasks such as budget assistance, payment processing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.
