Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Types and maintains correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary in an accurate and timely manner. Assists with the maintenance of client records/files in an organized manner. Assists case management and program management staff in preparation for program audits. Assists program management with special projects. Performs other office duties relevant to the position. Answers requests for client information from community resources and referral agencies in a timely and accurate manner. Mails and/or faxes correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary in an accurate and timely manner. Creates weekly random UDS sheets and distributes to the Resident Supervisors. Completes pass approval forms and distributes to clients, enters passes in the computer, creates pass call sheet, and places passes in the log book in an accurate and timely manner. Completes Incident Reports on all incoming positive drug screen results and forwards same to the designated Caseworker in an accurate and timely manner. Faxes positive urine drug screen and alco-sensor results to the referral source in an accurate and timely manner.
