Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University of Iowa is seeking an A/V Technology Coordinator to help ensure our classrooms, meeting spaces, and campus facilities are equipped with dependable, user-friendly A/V technology. This role, as part of the A/V team within ITS-Enterprise Infrastructure, will coordinate A/V maintenance and support, help manage inventory and equipment lifecycles, and partner with other technical staff to keep learning and collaboration spaces running smoothly. What you’ll do (not all inclusive): · Coordinate and support day-to-day A/V troubleshooting · Support lifecycle planning, inventory, and asset management related to A/V. · Help create and maintain service/support documentation. · Assist with coordination of project delivery work, such as summer classroom refreshes · Lead small, goal-oriented projects involving A/V and IT equipment If you enjoy troubleshooting, staying organized, supporting customers, and working hands-on with technology that impacts people every day, we encourage you to apply.
