About The Position

As an A/V Technician, you will be at the heart of our guest experience—setting the stage for impactful meetings, events, and unforgettable experiences. With your technical expertise, you’ll help bring stories to life through setup and operation of audio equipment ensuring every guest leaves with a “WOW” memory.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
At least two (2) years of A/V, production, theatrical or related fields.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with professional DJ, Audio/Video equipment, integration fields and running audio for live events preferred.
Prior experience with Crestron, Audio Architect, or BSS general troubleshooting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down audio, video, lighting, and internet equipment for a variety of events and meetings.
Operate A/V systems during live events, ensuring seamless presentations and performances.
Provide top-tier customer service, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Maintain rental equipment, ensure care and precision is taken during transportation, handling and storage of heavy equipment and tools.
Use scissor lifts and other tools to position equipment safely and efficiently.
Calculate electrical requirements and work with high-voltage systems to power up events.
