About The Position
The A/V Support Engineer is responsible for the support and maintenance of over 400 conference rooms and 80 offices globally, ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual and videoconferencing technologies. This role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various A/V systems and collaboration technologies, as well as providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
