The Information Technology Department at Emmanuel College seeks an A/V & Events Support Manager to manage the audio/visual technologies on campus and to manage technology event support to the Emmanuel College community as a valued member of the IT Services and Support team. Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the A/V & Event Support Manager will manage, improve, and maintain all A/V and some non-A/V technologies in all classrooms, conference rooms and event spaces. Maintaining an inventory of all A/V equipment for age, functionality and maintenance schedules is also an essential function of this role. The A/V & Event Support Manager will be responsible for the set up and support for a variety of campus events (including evenings and weekends). Other responsibilities will include providing technology support and training to users on a variety of technologies, measuring and reporting on A/V and event services, as well as initiating budget proposals and executing projects to ensure all A/V technologies meet life cycle planning efforts.
