About The Position

LGMG North America is seeking a full-time experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist responsible for managing the full cycles of AR and AP functions. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic office environment. The specialist will handle billing, collections, vendor payments, and ensure accurate financial records while supporting the accounting and finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP, specifically AP and AR modules.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and people skills, bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel in North and South America.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales order status and process billing and credit memos to customers.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and manage collections.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits and updating cash receipt logs.
• Reconcile statements with customers and manage customer credit limits.
• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to AR for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of PO-related invoices and non-PO invoices.
• Process and enter all vendor invoices and expense reports into SAP, ensuring correct GL account coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage corporate credit card transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as needed.
