About The Position

This posting is for current AMT students at a Part 147 Aviation School who graduated or will in 2026. MHI RJ Aviation Group (MHIRJ) is the merging of two important heritages: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series program. We provide comprehensive critical operational, engineering and customer support solutions including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We’re hiring licensed A&P Technician Graduates to help drive our continued success! Purpose of the role: MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The A&P Technician Graduate will perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on various regional jet airframes according to strict safety guidelines set by the FAA or other applicable regulatory bodies while complying with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on various aircraft.
General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
Consult maintenance blueprints, manuals, and other documents to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
Complete tasks within allotted time frames in accordance with FAA (or equivalent) and company standards.
Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Operate ground support equipment as required.
