Your success is our success. We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus. Shift is Sunday thru Tuesday (3x12) 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED required.
  • A&P License.
  • Knowledge of inspection procedures set forth in FAR Part 145 is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, and phase inspection experience as an A&P Mechanic.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.
  • Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR 43 documentation requirements while maintaining accurate written reports in logs and inspection documents.
  • Order and obtain necessary parts for aircraft repairs, ensuring cores are returned per established procedures.
  • Ensure all maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or specialized services comply with Quality Control procedures while monitoring the work environment and correcting unsafe acts.
  • Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed.
  • Assist the Lead MST in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle.
