Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and check requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter invoices and check requests into the Accounts Payable system.
• Remedy any errors found in invoices and check requests.
• Process payments.
