We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, billing, and accounting software.

Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Perform account analysis to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries related to payments and billing.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR and AP.
Utilize accounting software (Odoo but experience not required).

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role within corporate accounting or public accounting environments.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and medical billing processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and team members effectively.
