Midas Hospitality is seeking an energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Hotel Indigo in St. Louis, MO. This position will provide friendly and courteous breakfast service to our hotel guests.

Requirements

• Previous line cook in a hotel or restaurant is mandatory!

• Be ServSafe certified prefably

Responsibilities

• Cook items from a menu as listed
• Ensure proper temperatures are maintained for cold and hot food items
• Ensure food equipment is clean and sanitized
• Greets all guests and provides superior service throughout their stay
• Cleans, maintains or discards dishes, utensils and cookware, and cleans other kitchen equipment as directed.
• Empties trash receptacles as needed and disposes of properly.
• Stocks area of needed food supplies and assists with storing products delivered to hotel
