Requirements
- 5+ years automotive technician experience (or equivalent training)
- ASE Certifications (A1–A8) or willingness to earn
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & insurable driving record
- Own up-to-date tools for A-level repairs
- Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and use computer-based diagnostic tools
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify needed services
- Communicate findings to Service Advisors and occasionally customers
- Help maintain shop flow and quality standards
- Support sales goals with integrity and professionalism
