About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As an A Level Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our clients' vehicles. You will apply your expert knowledge in automotive systems to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, contributing to our commitment to providing top-quality service to our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an A Level Automotive Technician or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Utilize advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems or necessary repairs.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment to perform accurate diagnostics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address challenging repairs and provide solutions to improve vehicle performance.
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
