• Trimming material and arranging bouquets, wreaths, and other items using various tools and materials.
• Pricing and displaying floral products in sales cases.

• Informing customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of flowers and plants.
• Advising customers on appropriate merchandise selections and arrangements.
• Filling customer orders accurately and maintaining customer preference records.
• Planning arrangements according to client requirements and design knowledge.
• Following procedures for receiving, storing, and restocking products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assisting in checking and verifying produce department products.
