About The Position

Keep our communities fed. Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities The Stocker, Repack is an hourly role that stocks items into the A-frame automated pick system. Associates will be expected to have ownership of a section of the machine where they will be expected to ensure stock levels do not drop below an acceptable level, noted through Green, Yellow and Red lights. Requirements

Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks related to the A-Frame machine
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Ability to work in a variety of temperatures
Ability to present self in a courteous, polite and professional manner
Drive, motivation and passion for providing excellent customer service
High standard of integrity and reliability
Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

Efficiently open cases of products and place them onto designated channels for the A-Frame machine
Ensure that all products are properly aligned and positioned for optimal picking by the A-Frame system
Monitor stock levels and replenish channels as needed to maintain continuous operation of the A-Frame machine
Collaborate with team members to prioritize stock placement and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any damage or discrepancies and report them to supervisors
Follow standard operating procedures for handling and placement of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency
