A/C TECH SENIOR LEAD
About The Position
Summary: Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all heating, ventilating, air purifying systems, and air conditioning systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: All duties of an A/C Technician I and II, as well as the following additional duties. May lead or direct the work of others. Will verify that work performed by others is done properly and completed as requested by management. Will monitor the daily activity reports and work orders for spare parts and equipment required for repairs and daily preventative maintenance, Keep an accurate and sufficient supply of maintenance parts on hand. Will submit part request lists with appropriate documentation to the Administrative Assistant for the creation of purchase orders. Train others in proper procedures for maintaining HVAC equipment. This position is not limited to the duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company's business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Five or more years experience in HVAC installations or repair, and/or a minimum of one year with Fantasy Springs Resort Casino as A/C Technician II.
- Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
