About The Position

Join our team as the AC Maintenance Technician at Harper's Ferry Apartments in Kenner, LA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $26.00 - $27.00 per hour, along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide excellent service to our residents and help keep the apartment community running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move-ins. Requirements

• Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
• Ability to work on-call as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be certified to work with refrigerant
• Tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HVAC systems
• Familiarity with electrical systems
• Previous experience in property management maintenance

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanor
