About The Position
Crossroads Chevrolet in Mount Hope, WV is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with OEM or dealership experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. We are a Chevrolet dealership focused on productivity, customer satisfaction, and long-term career growth.
Requirements
- GM or ASE Certification required (GM certification strongly preferred)
- Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Chevrolet and GM standards
- Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and correctly
- Maintain clear and accurate repair documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
