The position offers a starting pay of $35.00 – $45.00+ per flat rate hour, depending on experience and performance. Technicians can expect to earn $109,000–$140,000+ annually, before bonuses and incentives, with no cap on earnings. The first 4 weeks are guaranteed at 40 hours minimum to help new hires transition confidently and start strong. The shop provides a clean, modern environment with top-of-the-line equipment, ASE certification support, and paid training.
