The Senior, Business Project Mgmt role is an integral part of Deloitte's A&A Office of the CEO Team focused on executing against key priorities of the CEO. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2025.

  • Tracking upcoming meetings and supporting schedule-building with other team members such as the Chief of Staff and EA for the A&A CEO.
  • Ownership of Microsoft OneNote as the coordination tool for prep materials related to client/executive meetings, pursuit engagements, and external events.
  • Compile client/company research, background on the Deloitte relationship with executive/organization, and key Deloitte stakeholder input for various external interactions.
  • Manage incoming pursuit engagement requests and related information.
  • Organize event information, invitations, logistics, session details and remarks, attendee bios and other event background.
  • Manage list of upcoming external activities and archive completed activities.
  • Leverage Deloitte tools including IQ, Jupiter, BoardEx, Boardroom Insiders and Sidekick.
  • Maintain comprehensive reference pages for organizations where A&A CEO serves in a delivery capacity, as well as for key industry regulators.
  • Actively monitor news and other pertinent information related to regulatory bodies and clients where the A&A CEO is engaged in a delivery role.
  • Draft and edit messages from the A&A CEO to external executives.
  • Manage incoming requests from pursuit teams for external communications from the A&A CEO.
  • Work with the A&A CEO to identify key client stakeholders to draft strategic follow-up communications after marquee events.
  • Engage with LSCPs and pursuit lead Partners and Managing Directors to review and finalize draft correspondence.
  • Lead reporting and tracking, including the development of a biannual external lookback report.
  • Identify preliminary insights based on changes in the data from prior periods.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of executive leadership meetings and/or events.
  • Liaise with A&A Talent and ASET to manage delivery of monthly anniversary milestone communications.
  • Oversee executive team deliverables and maintain the A&A strategic project tracker.
  • Other projects to support the Office of the CEO as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite - Word, Power Point, and Excel, OneNote, Teams.
  • You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
  • You should expect to co-locate with team members or other colleagues in a Deloitte office, at a client site and/or virtually, based on specific team expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients served.
