About The Position

The A-1 Auto Glass Technician at JAJ ENTERPRISES LLC is responsible for providing high-quality glass repair and replacement services for a variety of vehicles. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto glass installation and repair
• Proven track record of working with various types of vehicles and glass materials
• Experience in handling and utilizing auto glass installation tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to accurately measure and cut glass to fit specific vehicle requirements
• Proficient in the use of adhesive materials and sealants for glass installation
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and rectify installation challenges
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle glass damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Perform glass repair and replacement services, including windshields, windows, and other automotive glass components.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking glass and repair supplies usage and reporting needs for replenishment.
