Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Men's and Head Women's coaches with all aspects of operating a successful Track and Field program.
• Provide instruction and practice preparation for athletes.
• Coach events during competitions.
• Manage home meet responsibilities.
• Develop strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head coaches.
