  • Navigate multiple computer programs to troubleshoot customer inquiries and issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous banking experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
