About The Position
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for executing core quality assurance processes at the Aurora Thrive facility, ensuring regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Quality Assurance, the role involves promoting a positive safety culture, maintaining working relationships across departments, and acting as an ambassador for regulatory and process compliance. The associate will ensure the completeness and accuracy of documented information, review batch records, perform investigations related to non-conformances, and participate in audits. Additionally, the role includes conducting training sessions, maintaining data-driven logs, and ensuring the confidentiality of business aspects.
