About the position

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Greater Charlotte offices. This position is not remote and requires a strong local network and in-person relationship building within the community. As a Comparion Insurance sales agent, you will have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with Auto, Home, and Life insurance products from a variety of carriers. This role offers an opportunity for unlimited income through a combination of base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, with top performers potentially earning over $150K.   • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base.
