As a Pipeline Locator, you will accurately locate and mark PGS underground facilities to ensure public safety and prevent pipeline damages resulting from excavation work. You will support the PGS Damage Prevention Program by ensuring compliance with Sunshine 811 statutes, standards, and best practices through collaboration with PGS Damage Prevention team, internal and external business partners, and the public in protecting gas pipeline facilities from second- and third-party damages. You will assist damage prevention efforts by providing education and influence to PGS team members, excavators, and the public regarding the importance of safe and responsible excavation practices in order to prevent pipeline damages.
