Responsibilities

  • EPR相關進度追蹤,DFM問題點收集提報追蹤,確保新產品能順利進入量產階段
  • 人員資歷認證及每週教育訓練,達成人員資質符合崗位要求
  • 降低FQC&IPQC Loss率,並進行原因分析與改善。如SOP落實執行,降低低階錯誤,治工具及製程優化防呆推動,降低人員犯錯可能性
  • 工單關結/生產/出貨-提升工單及異常單 3天內關結率,追蹤產能達成狀況,出貨達成,確保團隊目標達成
  • 幹部/重點崗位離職率於HR管控目標內,組/班技能提升及人才培養
  • 生產線巡檢稽,SOP問題點改善,產線作業動作合理及改善
  • VI不良圖片(案例)宣導, 防止過去不良再發
  • 跨部門協作:與PE、QA、PD等部門合作,解決生產過程中的技術問題。
  • 技術文件撰寫:撰寫並維護生產技術文件,如作業指導書、流程圖等。 確保技術文件的準確性與完整性,並定期更新。
