About The Position

The SharePoint Web Developer and Support Consultant role at Entergy Services, LLC is primarily focused on providing support for corporate applications, including SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power Apps. This hybrid position requires in-office work at least two days a week and involves application development, maintenance, and operational support to ensure the availability and functionality of critical business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant technology delivery experience with Subject Matter Expertise for IT Applications.
• Proficiency in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Microsoft ASP .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET Framework, SQL Server Studio, VB, TFS.
• Experience with SharePoint migration and OneDrive.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to support systems including 3rd party integrations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of web security controls testing, security audits, and security assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for production systems and devices, including non-business hours on-call support.
• Understand business needs and recommend, design, and implement application enhancements.
• Maintain systems application availability in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Support the design, development, and testing of systems applications and enhancements.
