About The Position

The Warehouse Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a broad range of goods and services essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities in Spain. This role is critical for ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of all necessary materials and services.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven working experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Chinese, French is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with procurement software (e.g., ERP systems, e-Sourcing platforms).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase warehouse assets and equipment (e.g., shelving, MHE - Material Handling Equipment, IT hardware) in line with operational requirements and budget constraints.
  • Manage the procurement of all packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and other essential operational consumables.
  • Source and manage contracts for outsourced services, including but not limited to cleaning, security, maintenance, and other external service providers.
  • Handle the procurement related to facility leasing, equipment leasing, and general administrative services for the warehouse.
  • Support procurement activities for warehouse engineering projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; manage and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct effective negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value for the company and drive cost savings.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
