Speakeasy Fitness is seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our Front-End team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and prospective clients. As the first point of contact, you will engage with members at check-in, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Your contagious personality will help foster a positive environment, making every visit to our facility a pleasant experience. In this position, you will assist members with billing inquiries and club-related questions, both in person and over the phone. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in addressing member needs and concerns. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in our sales efforts by conducting tours for prospective members, guiding them to select the best membership options that suit their needs.
