The Associate, Fundraising Systems and Data Analytics at Human Rights Watch is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and training to Development Department staff using Salesforce and related technology tools. This role supports fundraising staff globally, assists with HRW's revenue operations, and contributes to the development and delivery of training resources. The position is flexible in terms of location, preferably based in HRW's Toronto, New York, Washington DC, or Sao Paulo offices.
