Palmer High School is seeking a dynamic Student Success Teacher to support ninth grade students through our Terror TRCSS course. Formerly titled Interventionist, this role is centered on teaching and reinforcing the IB Approaches to Learning, specifically thinking, research, communication, social, and self-management skills, alongside student goal setting and reflection. The Student Success Teacher will help students develop the habits and strategies necessary for success in a rigorous high school environment, with particular attention to transition, belonging, organization, self-advocacy, and academic growth. This position requires a teacher who believes in high expectations, relationship-centered practice, and creating structures of support that empower students to grow as confident, capable, and reflective learners.
