We’re seeking a 988 Text and Chat Supervisor to join Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. (BCRI) and help lead our dedicated team supporting individuals in emotional distress through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In this role, you’ll provide real-time supervision and guidance to crisis counselors responding via text and chat, ensuring compassionate, trauma-informed care and adherence to 988 standards. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, and help maintain a safe, high-quality service environment for those reaching out in moments of crisis.
