About The Position
As a 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers via telephone. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance and efficiency for this role. This is a fully remote position with four part-time schedules available, each totaling 20 hours per week. The role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.
